PLEASE READ POLICIES By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the following policies: •Cancellations• If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 24-hour notice. (Example: If your appointment is scheduled for Saturday at 10am, you must give a notice by Friday at 10am) If you cannot provide us with a 24-hour notice, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to send a new deposit if you wish to reschedule or before continuing package sessions. If a payment method is on file & there was not a deposit, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. All bookings require a $25 deposit & deposits will go towards appointment total. Clients who are 15 minutes or later to their appointments will have their appointments cancelled. Client understands that the consultation deposit will expire 1 month from the date sent. The quote given at the consultation will also expire 1 month from that date. Any unused visits will expire if not used within 2 months from the date the client was last treated. The office should be provided with a notice in advance of termination. After 2 months, all outstanding services/visits will be void. New clients are required to make their first payment using a debit/credit card. Fees may apply. Payment methods accepted are card, cash, and Zelle for deposits only. Payment plans are available & all payments are non-refundable & non-transferable. •NEW CLIENTS• All new clients must first schedule a consultation. For your first treatment session, progress photos will be taken so please wear black including undergarments. A sports bra is recommended. Remove piercings in treatment areas. If the scheduled treatment includes the face and/or neck, please come to your appointment with bare skin & low neck top.
